All five items listed above are sold “as is” and “where is” with no warranties or guarantees, written, expressed or implied. The surplus property is being sold by the Westport Regional Business League (WRBL) on behalf of the Westport Community Improvement District II. The WRBL reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to suspend an item from being offered, or to remove any item from this listing without notice. All sales of surplus items are final.
