Kansas City’s largest St. Patrick’s Day Celebration will return to Westport on March 17th! Join us in Kansas City’s historic entertainment district before, during, and after the Kansas City St. Patrick’s Day parade. Parade

What To Expect

Portions of Westport Road and Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed on March 17 to make room for outdoor beer gardens & sidewalk cafés, featuring food & drink specials and live entertainment. The parade begins at 11am, but many Westport businesses will be open beforehand to help you get a head start on your celebration.

Road Closures

  • Westport Road will be closed from Mill Street to Broadway.
  • Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed from 40th Terrace to 42nd Street.
  • Broadway will also be closed for the parade from Linwood to 43rd Street
