Save the date for the 2021 Hatch Chile Festival this Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, September 4, from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. Hosted by Port Fonda, the Hatch Chile Festival will feature food, drink, entertainment, and of course, fresh, fire roasted chiles.
