When long time friends Shannon and Steve were looking to open their spa, Westport was the clear answer. The neighborhood’s energetic atmosphere, architecture and diversity made it best option in the city. So, four years ago, Shannon and Steve began their hunt for a small Westport location for what would become Spa on Penn. After searching, the local owners ended up with a 7500 square foot space at 4143 Pennsylvania.
First, Spa on Penn offered massage and esthetics services to the Westport community. With ample space, they progressively expanded their service offerings. Now, a diverse clientele comes in, each with a unique need. In addition to massages and esthetics, the staff offers hair and nail services, along with a dry sauna, steam showers and Hydrotherapy. However, the experience does not only encompass the services and friendly staff. To help clients relax and beautify the building, Spa on Penn features artwork from local artists.
